Moment announces six T-Series mobile lenses, a lens interface, and accessories.

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Smartphone accessory maker Moment announced new T-Series mobile lenses, a new lens interface, and updated lens accessories.

The eight new lenses are:
  • Anamorphic 1.33x and 1.55x – Bring a cinematic look to your video camera with rich flares, a 16:9 wide screen, and true black bars, the company said. The Blue Flares gives the early 1960’s, JJ Abrams-inspired look and the Gold Flares bring a warm aesthetic you’d find in a Pre-36 anamorphic lens. Priced at $149.99.
  • Tele 58mm – The 58mm can be a classic portrait lens or transform into your traditional zoom lens bringing you closer to your subjects. You can achieve a 2x optical zoom of your main camera or a 4x optical zoom over your telephoto. Even add some natural bokeh as you get closer to your subject. Priced at $149.99.
  • Wide 18mm – Still our go-to lens, this gives you a flatter, more organic wide shot. With an 18mm lens, you can enjoy a consistent wide-angle view, without the distortion you pick up with a phone’s ultra-wide lens. Priced at $129.99.
  • Sample Fisheye image with the new Moment lens

Fisheye 14mm – Capture the widest possible shot on your phone. with the full-frame fisheye. Wider than an ultra-wide and cheaper than a GoPro, the 14mm allows the user to use the full image sensor on their phone without dark corners or vignetting. Priced at $119.99.

  • Macro 10x  – The “really really” close lens. Capture life-sized images of the smallest objects from an inch away. Priced at $119.99.

T-Series lenses can be mounted two ways.

1. Moment Case w/ Drop-In Mount: There are new T-Series drop-in mounts that pop into the existing Moment Case. It offers the most strength along with the most practicality. Drop-in lens mounts, or a stick-on version, are available for:
